CLUB FEASTS.

The members of the Three Cups Inn Friendly Society held their club anniversary on Wednesday. The members met at the house of Mr. John Exell, and after transacting the usual business, paraded the principal streets of the town, with their flags, &c., headed by the Malmesbury Brass Band in full uniform. After this they sat down to an excellent repast, provided by Host and Hostess Exell. In the afternoon, the members took a stroll to Halcombe’s, the seat of Mr. C. R. Luce, where dancing was indulged in on the lawn for a considerable time. The club mustered about 85 members. On the day previous, the Castle Friendly Society, numbering about 40, celebrated their anniversary, when a capital dinner was provided by Mr. and Mrs. Exton, and a very enjoyable day spent.
